ProSearch makes it easy and inexpensive for you to enable you whole organisation to find relevant, approved sales content. Whether searching for stored answers to RFPs / RFIs or simply looking for content to use in sales materials, this tool keeps the Qvidian Suite database at everyone’s fingertips.
Simply type a word or phrase, search the database, and select the content from the results. You can automatically insert content into any document or save the file to your computer. ProSearch provides easy access to your best sales content.
ProSearch is accessed through your internet browser so there's no need to install or maintain software on users' computers. Users can dock ProSearch to Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, or any other program.
A ProSearch license is included with every license of Qvidian, and is also available as a stand-alone application.
