How It Works

Qvidian analyses your RFP for every question and requirement and compiles them into a database. Very quickly, you'll be able to view and select the best answers from a list of the best and most accurate matches. You then can further modify your responses and refine or expand your searches to ensure that each question is optimally answered. New answers can be added to the database quickly and easily. Qvidian automatically creates a professional RFP response — including cover letter, title page, table of contents, compliance matrix, and the questions and answers — in a Microsoft Word or Excel document based on the template that you can specify.
