RFP Express® Server provides a flexible and scalable solution to rapid RFP response. The software enables remote users to access the central knowledge base via a Web connection. Remote users access the knowledge base by establishing an Internet/intranet connection and opening Microsoft Word with the RFP Express add-in activated. When a search is executed, the software detects and communicates with the knowledge base through the Internet connection, providing:
