Service 01 / GEO

Generative
Engine
Optimization.

We engineer your brand to be cited — not summarized around — inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews. Entity-first. Engineer-led. Built for the European market.

01 / What GEO is

Rankings are the shallow end. AI citations are the ocean.

Generative Engine Optimization is the practice of making a brand the kind of entity an LLM wants to cite. When a user asks ChatGPT "what's the best X in Europe" or Perplexity "who are the leaders in Y," the engine synthesizes an answer from a handful of sources. Your brand is either one of those sources — or it isn't.

GEO optimizes for the citation, not the click. The KPIs are citation frequency, answer inclusion rate, entity strength and share of AI voice. The techniques overlap with classical SEO (schema, crawlability, content structure) but the targets are different, and the work is deeper.

Most agencies are still selling keyword sheets. We're engineering the knowledge graph entries your brand shows up in.

02 / Why now

Your competitors aren't winning AI search. They're just already inside it.

Google AI Overviews now appears on an overwhelming majority of commercial search queries. ChatGPT has hundreds of millions of weekly users, many of whom no longer touch a classical search engine. Perplexity is becoming the default research tool for technical buyers. Gemini is baked into Workspace.

The brands that get cited today are writing the reference layer for the next decade of AI answers. Every citation reinforces entity strength. Every entity reinforcement increases the probability of the next citation. It is a compounding position, and it closes.

Waiting until AI search "matures" is like waiting until Google "matures" in 2003.

03 / Our GEO Framework

The 5-layer GEO stack.

Every engagement works through these five layers in order. Skipping layers is why most "GEO" attempts fail.

01.

Entity Audit

We map how each major LLM currently perceives your brand. What does ChatGPT "know" about you? What does Perplexity cite when someone asks about your category? Where are the gaps in your Wikidata / knowledge-graph entries? This produces the baseline every subsequent layer is measured against.

02.

Structured Data & Schema

We deploy a full schema architecture — Organization, Service, Product, Person, Article, FAQPage, HowTo, with explicit @id anchoring and sameAs disambiguation across Wikidata, LinkedIn, Crunchbase and authoritative external sources. This is the machine-readable spine every LLM uses to decide who you are.

03.

Content Architecture

We rebuild content around entities and question clusters, not keyword lists. Definitive pillar pages. FAQ layers that match how users actually ask LLMs. Glossaries that anchor key terms. Internal linking that forms a semantic network instead of a flat sitemap.

04.

Citation Distribution

LLMs cite what other credible sources cite. We engineer third-party entity mentions — research publications, podcasts, data repositories, directory listings, authoritative editorial placements — that reinforce the entity signals without looking like link-building (because they aren't).

05.

Measurement & Iteration

We track citation frequency across 12+ engines, answer-inclusion rate for target prompts, share of AI voice against competitors, and entity-strength deltas over time. Dashboards update weekly. Tactics iterate monthly. Nothing is set-and-forget.

04 / Engines we optimize for

All 12. Not just the famous ones.

Each engine has its own retrieval logic, citation preferences and ranking signals. We optimize for the mix — not just whichever one is trending this quarter.

01

Google AI Overviews

The highest-volume surface and the hardest to win. Schema + EEAT + classical SEO fundamentals are non-negotiable.

02

ChatGPT

Both parametric memory and live browsing mode. Two very different optimization targets.

03

Perplexity

Citation-first by design. The engine that rewards GEO execution most directly.

04

Gemini

Baked into Workspace, Android and Chrome. Entity-heavy retrieval logic.

05

Claude

Strong on editorial, research and long-form content. Quality over recency.

06

Microsoft Copilot

Bing's GEO surface. Enterprise-heavy audience.

07

Meta AI

Emerging surface across WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. Shouldn't be ignored.

08

You.com

Specialized agentic search. Over-indexes technical and research queries.

09

Arc Search, Brave Leo, Poe, DuckDuckGo AI

The long tail. Small but growing. Covered.

06 / Questions

Frequently asked.

Generative Engine Optimization is the discipline of structuring a brand's digital presence so that large language models cite it inside their answers. It combines entity SEO, structured data, content architecture and citation distribution to influence what AI engines say about your brand when users ask about your category.
No. GEO builds on top of technical SEO. A broken crawl budget, slow render times or missing schema will undermine GEO just as badly as they undermine classical SEO. In most engagements we fix the technical foundation first, then layer GEO on top.
We track citation frequency, answer inclusion rate, entity knowledge strength, share of AI voice against competitors, and referral traffic from AI engines where attributable. We share a live dashboard updated weekly during active engagements.
A standard engagement is a 90-day sprint: four weeks of audit and entity architecture, four weeks of implementation (schema, content rewrites, interlinking, citation seeding) and four weeks of measurement and iteration. Retainers continue from there.
Yes, and the window is especially open now. AI engines currently have weak entity signals for most brands below the Fortune 5000, which means well-executed GEO can move a small brand into a cited position faster than classical SEO could ever move them into the top-3 blue links.
